We prepared a few, short video clips that include some of the exercises that we do in our weekly classes. These exercises can benefit your posture, stenght, balance and flexibility. They add up to about a half an hour workout and you can do them at the comfort of your own home with the help of our Specialist Exercise Instructor, Paul.
