I am an experienced exercise instructor, having been in the industry for 10 years now. Before this, I was a professional cricketer for four years playing for MCC young cricketers, but also coming up through the Surrey youth set up and also playing for their senior team. I still play cricket at a competitive level, and I also coach younger players looking to advance their skills. I also am a sports massage therapist and have a wide variety of sports coaching qualifications. To describe me, I would say I am enthusiastic, friendly and polite mannered, with a little witty humour.


I have been working within health and older people’s services for nine years.  Before this, I was Health and Wellbeing Manager for Age UK Kensington and Chelsea.  Working in this area is a great motivation for me to try and stay fit and healthy as I can.  I am looking forward to seeing the Better Bones Service expand and develop over the coming months.  I want to make sure that we continue to provide a high quality service which helps people to exercise safely condition and maintain their bone health.  


I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and a qualified Postural Stability Instructor and have worked in the NHS for the last 10 years. During this period I have been managing adults and older people with various heath conditions, including musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, falls, injuries and post surgery. I am also experienced at working with patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s, dementia, heart and respiratory problems. I have worked in different health settings including acute hospitals, rehab hospitals and community services and have been running exercise classes for various client groups over the last decade.


I have been helping people use exercise to assist in managing various long term conditions for the last 7 years, both in the private and the public sector. I enjoy my work and love to see the positive effects people experience from being physically active. And when  it comes to motivating people I find my black belt in Taekwon-do comes in handy :).
